You examine the grate under the murky water.  Unlike most sewer drains, no whirlpool has formed; the water just isn’t draining. Look around for anything to help.

You step onto the stationary merry-go-round and head to the middle. You open the door and pull out a crankshaft hook replacement part and a long pole. “Perfect,” you say to nobody in particular. You wire them together to create a hand-dandy sewer-unblocking tool. 

You insert the hook end into the sewer grate; something is blocking it; you can feel it.

You pull back, thrust the hook, and twist left. It gives a little. 

You twist right, and it gives a little more. 

You pull up the hook, and discover the source of the blockage. It is the beginning of a string of international flags.  You keep pulling, and more and more connected flags emerge. 

Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, France, Tunisia, England, Nigeria, Canada, United States, and it keeps going. You are frustrated as it seems there is no end. 

Finally, the water starts to move.  A small whirlpool forms, and water goes around your feet back into the sewer.

Pulling the rest of the flags gets easier.  You finally reach the end: Australia, with a large tag on the end. You examine the tag.

You see an unusual FIND THE KEY WITH THIS SYMBOL (this is be added later) with a faded tag number 20-8-5 5-25-5.
