On your way, you trip over a bag and open it up. It has tons of balls inside. You pick one up. Each ball is labeled DOWN THE CLOWN . You do not hesitate and return the bag to the DOWN THE CLOWN attraction.

Yes, this saboteur is just hastily ruining things.  Why drop the bag of balls? Why not just hide the bag?
