You follow the muddy footprints, and they lead you to this ruined attraction.

The booth is completely messed up. You believe this is beyond repair, and it might have to wait. 

You explore, and you find something under the Swan Chop

You groan, as it is a pile of duct tape.  You know this is not going to be enough to fix the damage. 

But you do your best, placing duct tape on the back, restoring the Swan Chop to (temporary) working order. It’s not perfect, and every time you try something, it falls over, but you won’t give up

Finally, you put the last piece together. It is precarious at best. You made a note for the general manager. As you throw what remains of the duct tape under the attraction and walk around to find more footprints.

On your way, you trip over a bag and open it up. It has tons of balls inside. You pick one up. Each ball is labeled DOWN THE CLOWN. You do not hesitate and return the bag to the DOWN THE CLOWN attraction.

Yes, this saboteur is just hastily ruining things.  Why drop the bag of balls? Why not just hide the bag?
